Think you have steady hands? Welcome to Cubalance.

The ultimate physics-based balancing act where one wrong move turns order into absolute chaos!

Forget static grids and predictable match-3 puzzles. Cubalance (formerly known as Stick the Brick) is an arcade-style physics puzzler where every single cube you drop has a weight.

Your goal? Match cubes of the same color to clear them and get points. The catch? You are dropping them onto a series of see-saws, the totters. If you miscalculate the weight and tip the scales too far, your carefully planned tower will catapult your cubes across the screen!

It’s part logic puzzle, part gravity simulator, and part pure anxiety.

The "Heavy" Mechanics

  • Balance the Scales: Every cube features a number showing exactly how heavy it is. Drop them wisely to maintain equilibrium...left vs. right actually matters!
  • Tactical Catapulting: Tipping the scales isn't always an accident. Use weight-shifting chain reactions to launch cubes across the play area.
  • Fusions & Combos: Stack 5 cubes of the same color, and they fuse into one heavy block. Match colors quickly to get bonus points and climb the leader board.
  • Special Cubes (The Troublemakers):
    • The Feather: Weightless, matchless, and incredibly annoying.
    • The Mine: Explodes after activation, taking out a 3x3 grid of surrounding cubes.
    • Silver & Gold: Clear the entire board... if you can earn them.

What is this version? (Cubalance Lite)

This page features the Mobile Endless Lite Version of the game.

  • Customization: Unlock a library of skins just by playing the game. Your chosen skin acts as your 'launcher', that drops the cubes onto the board.
  • Global Leader board: Flex your high scores against the rest of the community.
  • Touch-Optimized: Multiple input modes and a preview so you know exactly where your cube is going to land.

The Backstory

Hi, I'm Sherlocklini, a solo indie dev, 3D printing enthusiast, and Godot tinkerer based in Germany

Cubalance was born out of pure nostalgia. Back in my birth year (1997), a quirky German studio released a game called Swing (or Marble Master in the US). I basically grew up with it, but the game eventually vanished into the digital void... I decided to bring the unique, chaotic see-saw mechanic back to life, with my very own art style, and build my own game from scratch in Godot 4.

If you enjoy the mobile version, please consider wish listing the full game on Steam, where I am currently building a Level Editor, an Adventure Mode, and a Local Multiplayer mode perfectly designed to ruin friendships!

Case closed. Drop some cubes and see how long you can survive the scales!

(Note: If you run into any bugs, let me know in the comments or send feedback here! Playtesters already helped me squash a dozen of them, but I'm sure a few are still hiding in the code.)
